Returns

• Returns are accepted within 3-5 days of receiving your order.

• Items must be unused, unwashed, and returned in their original packaging with all tags attached.

• Products that have been worn, altered, damaged, or washed are not eligible for return.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the product.

Refunds

Once your returned item has been inspected and approved, your refund will be processed using the original payment method or store credit, depending on the payment option used.

Exchange

Exchanges are available only for defective or incorrectly shipped items, subject to product availability.

Non-Returnable Items

• Sale or clearance items.

• Gift cards.

• Products damaged due to misuse or improper care.

Returns will be accepted for up to 10 days of Customer’s receipt or tracking number on unworn items. You, as a Customer, are obliged to inform us via email before you return the item, only in the case of:

– Received the wrong item.
– Item arrived not as expected (ie. damaged packaging).
– Item had defects.
– Over delivery time.
– The shipper does not allow the goods to be inspected before payment.

The returned product(s) must be in the original packaging, safety wrapped, undamaged and unworn. This means that the item(s) must be safely packed in a carton box for protection during transport, possibly the same carton used to ship to you as a customer.
